He has spent nine years managing seasonal outdoor ice operations, with additional experience building hockey and public-skating rinks. For the past four years, Michael has led Disney on Ice ice operations in the Kansas City market, supporting ice creation, team planning, production, and overall ice operations. He also spent two years on a professional hockey ice crew installing and managing game-day ice. Over the past four years, he has consulted on outdoor-rink projects involving construction, ice installation, weather challenges, and daily operating decisions.
